I don't like their new procedure that you are greeted by an employee sitting at a desk in the lobby and asked ( in front of everyone else ) what you are there for today. You are then told you have to go into a private office to do your transactions. If you need change, like coins or bundles of $1 bills as part of your transactions, you then have to walk over to the counter to get it.. #1. I am not comfortable announcing my business to everyone in the lobby, nor do I feel it necessary to be asked ahead of speaking to the person handling my transaction. #2. Why make me walk to a private office for part of my transactions, then walk to the counter to do the rest? I'm not happy with the change and will be looking to bank elsewhere.

  • I have used Casper and Casper myelf, three times over the last 10 years. My partner had used them prior to that for a workman comp claim and they did great for him. I had gotten food poisoned at a fast food restaurant and it turned into a bacteria in digestive system. Very long, very sick, and very expensive. They worked on my case for a year, and decided, without receipt, it turned out no proof. Several years later, was re-ended and injured. Will Allen took my case once again and got my bills paid and some nice compensation money for me. His assistant Heathers is "top notch" also. So, recently I had dropped some paperwork off to them, for Heathers to look at and needed help getting a car title straightened out for my son, who had been given the car as a result of an inheritance. Title had been mishandled from get go, from attorneys office and court. Car and title taken out of state to son. Other state said title "no good", needed amended form, and sent back through the court. Attorney that handled case was out of town and another attorney wanted $1000. to submit simple form. I mentioned this to Heather, she talked to some attorneys there at their office and one had some knowledge of probate. They got the form we needed, submitted it through the court, and they don't even do that kind of business. The cost was ZERO. They did it for us free of charge, it was so nice of them. Good people, have always treated me well and will work for you to the fullest to win, has been my experience. Thanks so much for all you've done, Will, Heather and the attorney who had probate knowledge. It was much appreciated!

Students are fed mass produced pig feed. Walkways are rarely used due to their inefficiency and the distance between classes (students just walk through the parking lot), and even when walking directly from one building to another, students are often counted late (3 tardy's to a class for a detention). Very artificial environment. There ARE windows but the blinds are almost always over them, and white light is just blaring in replacement of it. The grass outside that was laid down in sheets looks very bad. There are few trees, and bushes are the only other plants (other than grass). No outside trash cans, so there's a lot of garbagio outside. Teachers who are bad at teaching aren't fired, and the people who are in charge of reviewing teachers have no idea what any of the teachers are really like. The superintendent feels out of reach (He didn't respond to an email I sent :P), and we need to have accounts on multiple websites. There are, however, some reason to why I gave this a three. Despite the majority of everything being bad, there are a few OUTSTANDING teachers here such as Ms. Bogie (AP American History to me), Mr. Freuoff (Honors Chem to me) (pls let that be spelled at least kind of right) and Mr. Cambell (Hon Physical Science to meh). The sports systems are also good, as well as the ability for student involvement (despite it making no sense who was elected freshman and Sophomore president and vice president this year and last year). I don't know what student gov has done to change anything though.. That's it. PS: Ms. Fuster is a bad Spanish teacher in the opinion of her students. Students should be able to have a say in who their masters *COUGH I mean teachers are, and who gets to keep their job :P
